Do I need to set up an account in order to order online?
No, orders can be placed without opening an account.
Is shipping included?
No, shipping incurs an additional cost dependent on your location. See here for more details.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, By appointment only! Please call us if you wish to pick up your order. 604 879 9766.
Do you provide rush services?
Yes, for an additional charge rush orders can be placed. All other orders received by 11a.m. will be delivered in metro Vancouver on the next business day.
Do you ship to the USA?

Can I include wine or spirits with my gift?
Yes, for an additional service fee wine or spirits can be included. We proudly support BC wineries.
How do I include a greeting card?
We can include a greeting card with your gift basket or you can supply us with your personalized card. when ordering online you can include the message on your order.
Do you have only baskets for containers?
We offer many different containers including baskets, cutting boards, trays, tins, crates and we can customize any container that you request. We now offer a container made from 75% recycled paper.
Can I customize my gift basket order?
The bulk of our business is custom gift baskets and we can create anything that you can imagine…this is our specialty!
Do you support local businesses?
Yes, we always support local businesses first. We carry several items including Gone Crackers, Raincoast Crisps, Gather Jelly, Peche Mignon, smoked salmon & more.
Do you support sustainability?
We offer a new container made from 75% recycled paper.
We support BC fisheries through their Ocean Wise program and the Vancouver aquarium.
Which method of payment do you accept?
We accept cash cheque, Visa and MasterCard, as well as direct deposit and interac e-transfer. For our larger corporate clients we also offer net 30 terms.
